Mason Greenwood is currently on loan in Spain at La Liga side Getafe – but he might face questions from his coach following a recent dining out trip.The 22-year-old last played for United in January 2022, before he was arrested and subsequently charged with alleged offences of attempted rape, assault and coercive control.However, all charges against Greenwood were discontinued in February of this year, and question marks were raised as to whether he would resume his playing career at Old Trafford or not as a result.Following an investigation by the club, it was confirmed that Greenwood will continue his playing career, but away from United and would leave Old Trafford.

He has subsequently headed out on loan to Spanish side Getafe for the remainder of this campaign, with his contract at United currently running until the summer of 2025.For now, though, Greenwood is playing for the La Liga side and recently scored his first goal for the Madrid-based club, which came in a 2-2 draw against Celta Vigo.Jose Bordalas is the manager of Getafe, having been in charge since the end of last season.

According to a report in the Sun, the 22-year-old was spotted with his father Andrew picking up a meal from a Burger King in Madrid after a training session.Getafe boss Bordalas has previously said that fines are on the cards for any members of his squad who are overweight and his players are weighed daily to keep track of this.

However, Greenwood still featured for Getafe in their latest encounter in La Liga, a 1-1 draw versus Real Betis, so it remains to be seen if the forward will face any further action over the fast food eatery trip.
