“Get out. He is making the club look bad with his presence”… Rio Ferdinand says 23-year-old Man United man would be gone if Sir Alex Ferguson was still the manager.

Manchester United legend Rio Ferdinand has claimed that Jadon Sancho would be ‘gone’ if Sir Alex Ferguson was still the manager. The Red Devils seem to have as many problems off the pitch as they do on it. Sancho falling out with Erik ten Hag is one of them, and that situation isn’t helping anybody at the moment.

Rio Ferdinand says Jadon Sancho would be gone if Sir Alex Ferguson was Manchester United managerSir Alex Ferguson is arguably the greatest manager English football has ever seen, and he is the reason why Manchester United are the biggest club in the world. The Red Devils were almost always successful when he was at the helm, but since his departure, Manchester United have struggled.

Erik ten Hag’s side are in a difficult position now, and one of the issues that has led to this is what happened between Jadon Sancho and his manager. The two of them fell out following the Arsenal game earlier this season, and it doesn’t look like there is a way back for the Englishman at Old Trafford, at least not as long as Ten Hag is at the club.Rio Ferdinand spoke about the Sancho situation, and he claimed that if this happened when Ferguson was at the helm, Sancho would’ve already been shown the door.

He said on FIVE: “You see what would happen in my time when I was there? He’d be gone, straight away.“The captain, Roy Keane, stepped out of line – ‘Get out. Move. Done. Time up!”

Sancho will leave if Ten Hag stays at Manchester UnitedThe relationship between Ten Hag and Sancho seems beyond repair at the moment, and it looks like only one of them will be at Manchester United beyond the end of the January transfer window.

Ten Hag is under considerable pressure having lost seven of his first 16 Premier League games. If he gets knocked out of the Champions League tonight and continues to struggle domestically, he could well be shown the door.If that doesn’t happen and Ten Hag keeps his job, we think Sancho will leave the club in the January transfer window. The 23-year-old needs to play regularly to have any chance of making it into the England squad for the Euros, and staying at United will not help his cause. It will be interesting to see what will happen in the coming weeks, but we think one of Ten Hag or Sancho will be gone very soon.
