FIFA 23 now features Cristiano Ronaldo’s new celebration, and fans are going crazy.

Cristiano Ronaldo’s new, ‘self-deprecating’ celebration is now in FIFA 23 and fans are loving it.Ronaldo became synonymous with his iconic ‘SIUU’ celebration during his time at Manchester United, Real Madrid and Juventus. But in the latter stages of his second Man United spell, the five-time Ballon d’Or winner revealed a new celebration, which was a nod to how he sleeps. After scoring against Everton last year, he wheeled away in celebration as he stood upright with his head back, eyes closed and fingers cross in front of his chest, alongside Antony, who mimicked him.

Well, that celebration is now in FIFA 23 and gamers can’t wait to perform it when they’re playing as the 38-year-old superstar.

One Twitter user wrote: “Most influenced player in the history of the game.. the GOAT Cristiano Ronaldo.”A second tweeted: “Time to revisit FIFA, for this.”

A third added: “Crazy! Can’t wait to use this.”A fourth said: “This is fire.”Another commented: “I hope they add Rashford’s celebration too.”

Following Ronaldo’s celebration against Everton, Man United explained the meaning behind it.”We can now reveal that Ronaldo’s celebration was a self-deprecating in-joke with his fellow team-mates, highlighting the strong bonds among the players in Erik ten Hag’s squad,” the club said.”Of course, Cristiano is renowned for looking after himself and ensuring he is always in the best possible condition, which naturally involves hours of hard work on the training pitch and in the gym. It also includes resting at the right moments and ensuring he has enough sleep to aid his recovery: it has previously been reported that Ronaldo naps several times a day!”CR7’s celebration at Everton was amusingly a nod to the position in which he sleeps when travelling with the squad, which hasn’t gone unnoticed by his team-mates who are all eager to learn from him.”
