BREAKING NEWS: “SHOCKING MOMENT” as formal Manchester United Goalie set to join one of the best clubs in the world currently. He was convinced to join the club by one of the best footballer in the world.

Spanish goalkeeper David De Gea is currently without a club, having left Manchester United when his contract expired in June. Although he had initially agreed to terms for a new deal, Manchester United withdrew their offer, leading to the failure to finalize a fresh contract.During the summer, there were discussions between Bayern Munich and Real Madrid regarding a potential move for De Gea, but neither club ultimately made an offer to the goalkeeper.

While there has been interest from clubs in the Saudi Pro League and Qatari Stars League, it’s understood that De Gea’s preference is to stay in Europe, and he has communicated this to interested parties from the Middle East.

Cristiano Ronaldo, a former teammate of De Gea at Manchester United, has been attempting to persuade De Gea to join him at Al Nassr. However, De Gea has not budged from his current stance.

De Gea has a strong desire to play in the UEFA Champions League once more and is willing to wait until the January transfer window opens to make a decision on his next move. However, sources have indicated that should he not receive what he deems the ‘right offer,’ De Gea would contemplate retirement.

Turning 33 in November, he has spent the entirety of his career with only two clubs, Atletico Madrid and Manchester United. He has not represented the Spain national team since 2020 and was left out of their squad for the 2022 FIFA World Cup.

At Manchester United, his successor, Andre Onana, has had a challenging start, most recently conceding a soft goal during their 4-3 defeat to Bayern Munich in the UEFA Champions League.

During his final season at Manchester United, De Gea faced criticism for his deficiencies in playing from the back and with his feet, a skill in which Onana excels.
