Manchester City has been having a rough time lately.
To be more specific, City has lost its last four games in all tournaments, which is something that Pep Guardiola’s teams have never done before.
After Brighton & Hove Albion beat City 2-1 in the Premier League last weekend, Guardiola said that City needed the international break to happen when it did.
City players have been playing for their countries during the first week of the November break. More players will be doing the same over the next few days before domestic football starts up again.
This one City player in particular played so well that it might have given his boss extra ideas for how to improve their strategy for future games.
Rico Lewis played all 90 minutes in England’s 3-0 win over Greece. He was one of two City players in the present England team for their last two Nations League games.

It took the 19-year-old 55 touches of the ball to complete all 38 passes he tried. He was the only player in the starting lineup to finish the full 90 minutes with a 100% passing accuracy rating.
Apart from that, he won all four ground duels he fought in, made three clearances, two tackles, and even scored one goal.
