BREAKING NEWS: Manchester city has submitted an offer of 70£ million for this Barcelona star, he’s 17 years old and he’s very matured and confident with the ball always and has impressed the whole Europe with his skill,is not Yamal musiala or pedri 😬😳😳

In recent years, FC Barcelona’s academy has been a lifeline for the club during a period when financial constraints have limited their activity in the transfer market.

Bound by Financial Fair Play (FFP) restrictions, Barcelona has leaned heavily on their academy to fill key gaps in the squad. This approach has yielded remarkable results, as the team currently ranks among the most in-form clubs in Europe.

The academy’s focus has allowed several homegrown talents to emerge, with Lamine Yamal being one of the standout successes. Another rising star, however, is 17-year-old center-back Pau Cubarsi, who has showcased impressive defensive skills and maturity since last season. His talent hasn’t gone unnoticed, and according to *Fichajes*, Manchester City is particularly keen on bringing him into their squad.

The report suggests that City has already approached Barcelona’s president, Joan Laporta, and is prepared to offer a substantial fee—around €70 million—to secure Cubarsi. Pep Guardiola reportedly views him as an ideal addition to City’s defensive lineup, especially valuing his composure and passing ability.

Yet, despite City’s interest, Cubarsi’s departure seems unlikely at this stage. He has become a regular starter under Hansi Flick, especially in the absence of experienced players like Ronald Araujo and Andreas Christensen. Even when they return, Barcelona would likely hesitate to part with such a promising young player. Moreover, Guardiola’s own future at Manchester City is uncertain, given recent changes in the club’s sporting management.
