Arsenal star accepts he’s no longer in Mikel Arteta’s plans ahead of likely January transfer-STUNNIG NEWS- I tried to fit in Mikel Arteta pattern,I gave all but instead he benched me, I can’t longer bear it 😳😳

Kieran Tierney is steadily working towards full fitness after suffering a serious hamstring injury during the Euros while playing for Scotland. Had it not been for that injury, Tierney likely would have already moved to another club, as that was the plan following his loan spell with Real Sociedad last season.

However, the injury put a stop to any potential transfer, and now the focus is on getting Tierney fully fit before the January window. It’s clear that he is no longer part of Mikel Arteta’s plans at Arsenal, something Tierney has come to accept. There’s no bitterness about the situation; he understands that the club has moved on and that his style as a left-back doesn’t fit Arsenal’s current system.

Although Tierney has been included in Arsenal’s Premier League squad for this season, it’s unlikely that he will see much playing time. His primary goal now is to secure a move in January, potentially on loan, so he can regain minutes on the pitch before seeking a permanent transfer next summer.

According to a report from *CaughtOffside* in the summer, several clubs from both England and Spain expressed interest in Tierney, although a deal never materialized. The report suggested that an offer in the region of £25m-£30m would be considered acceptable.

Tierney joined Arsenal from Celtic in 2019, making 124 appearances for the club. He also played 26 times during his loan spell at Real Sociedad last season.
