Mikel Arteta pushes Arsenal to sign the ‘new Lamine Yamal-BREAKING NEWS- Arsenal has identified this La Macia pure talent 😱😱the kid plays like Messi, he’s more talented than Yamal Lamine😳😳

Arnau Pradas is the latest talent to emerge from La Masia, Barcelona’s famed academy, with the 18-year-old winger already being tipped for stardom. Though slightly older than his teammate Lamine Yamal, who played a pivotal role in Spain’s Euro 2024 triumph, Pradas has drawn comparisons to him, often described as a similar player.

Pradas is versatile, able to play on either wing, but like Yamal, he thrives on the right flank, where he can cut inside onto his preferred left foot. Currently playing for Barcelona’s Juvenil A team, he has made a strong impression in the UEFA Youth League, scoring two goals in two games this season.

According to *Mundo Deportivo*, Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta is a big admirer of Pradas and is pushing to bring the youngster to North London. With Pradas’ contract at Barcelona expiring at the end of the season, Arsenal could sign him as a free agent next summer—a potential blow to Barcelona if they lose one of their rising stars.

Arteta is keen to strengthen Arsenal’s attack, especially after missing out on several key targets over the past year. One such target was Benjamin Šeško, the 21-year-old striker from RB Leipzig. Arsenal had been in talks with both Leipzig and Šeško for weeks and believed they were close to securing a deal, with personal terms nearly agreed. However, in a surprise turn, Šeško decided to stay at Leipzig and signed a new contract in early June, leaving Arsenal without a top striking option.

Following this setback, Arsenal shifted their focus to finding a winger, with Athletic Bilbao’s Nico Williams high on Arteta’s wishlist. Yet, the club ultimately withdrew from pursuing Williams and instead brought in Raheem Sterling on loan towards the end of the summer transfer window.

Now, Arteta is eyeing reinforcements for 2025, and Pradas is reportedly one of the top names on his list as he looks to bolster Arsenal’s attacking options.
