“Man City’s Star ‘to play key role’ in transfer as Barcelona hatch plan-STUNNING NEWS- As Barcelona plans to make the biggest transfer saga as they plan Manchester city star along al-halil star “😱😱😱

Barcelona are reportedly considering a sensational move to re-sign Neymar if they are unable to secure the services of Erling Haaland.

The Manchester City striker, 24, remains one of the most sought-after players in Europe, with Barcelona among his admirers. Despite this, City regard Haaland as untouchable. Since joining from Borussia Dortmund in 2022, Haaland has racked up a remarkable 101 goals in just 107 appearances, including his recent 100th goal for the club, further solidifying his status as one of football’s elite forwards.

While Real Madrid have long been linked with the Norwegian striker, it’s Barcelona who are now reportedly prioritizing a move for Haaland next summer, according to Spanish outlet *Sport*. Under new head coach Hansi Flick, Barcelona is aiming to build a squad capable of dominating La Liga. However, it remains doubtful whether the financially troubled Catalan club could pull off such a deal, given Haaland’s immense value and City’s reluctance to sell him.

In light of this challenge, Barcelona are also considering a possible reunion with Neymar. The 32-year-old Brazilian, who enjoyed a hugely successful four-year stint at the Nou Camp, could potentially return to his former club after his contract with Saudi club Al-Hilal expires. Neymar, who left Barcelona for a world-record €222 million (£200m) transfer to Paris Saint-Germain in 2017, is expected to become a free agent in the summer of 2025.

Neymar is currently nearing recovery from a cruciate ligament injury and is eyeing a place in Brazil’s 2026 World Cup squad. A return to Barcelona could play a pivotal role in achieving that goal. During his previous spell at the Nou Camp, Neymar made 186 appearances and scored 105 goals before departing for PSG. There is also interest from Brazilian club Flamengo in signing Neymar once his contract with Al-Hilal concludes.
