Addressing the challenge of securing a spot in the Champions League following the defeat, Fernandes emphasized the importance of winning games for a club like Manchester United.

“Every time we fail to win a match, it’s detrimental to this club,” Fernandes stated. “We understand the expectations of this club, and we strive to win every game we participate in.

“Although we didn’t secure three points today, there’s still a long road ahead. We recognize that not everything is within our control, as other teams must drop points, but we must focus on our responsibilities and perform our best.”
