In an attempt to convince Griezmann to join United, the Premier League side are reportedly willing to triple his Atletico Madrid wages, which could see him earn €21 million (£18.4m) per year.That would equate to around £350,000 per-week, making him one of the top-flight’s highest earners.

The publication states that Griezmann has a release clause of just €25 million at the Civitas Metropolitan Stadium, making him a reasonably affordable option bearing in mind the Frenchman’s wealth of experience.
