A record £2.36 billion was spent in the Premier League alone this summer during the English transfer market, which is now closed.

Saudi market is still operational and won’t close until September 7th. United has already benefited from the nation’s investment inflow thanks to the £6 million sale of Alex Telles to Al-Nassr.
Since Bailly, 29, is in the final year of his contract, his asking price may be similar to or perhaps lower.
